- You will
receiver a PDF document - a complaint protocol. Print it please.
- Pack in your goods under complaint with a complaint protocol copy and invoice copy.

- Please use our e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or our telephone 0903 629230 as the only communication channel. We do not accept other communication channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.
